Invisalign
At Your LifeSmiles, Dr. Kimberly Dyoco is our Chicago Invisalign provider. Your Invisalign treatment will consist of a series of clear aligners that you switch out about every two weeks. Each aligner is individually manufactured with exact calculations to gradually shift your teeth into place. And since your Invisalign system is custom-made for your teeth and your teeth only, with a plan devised by you and the dentists at Your LifeSmiles, you know you’ll end up with a smile that truly fits.
If you’re ready for a smile that transforms your appearance, Invisalign is your answer. Although there are many choices out there, no other works as effortlessly as the Invisalign system.
Invisalign is the best way to transform your smile without interfering with your day-to-day life. Check out the benefits below:
Not all clear aligners are Invisalign.
Invisalign is a patented proprietary system that uses 3D modeling software and cutting-edge manufacturing technology to provide a clear, removable solution for straightening teeth. Invisalign was designed with leading orthodontists and is FDA approved. Invisalign is effective at treating a wide variety of orthodontic issues including:
- Crowding
- Spacing
- Overbite
- Underbite
- Deep bite
- Open bite
At Your LifeSmiles, we have treated many Chicago Invisalign patients and all of them would recommend Invisalign to their friends and family.
In today’s busy and aesthetically-conscious world, many patients prefer Invisalign’s clear and removable orthodontic solution to traditional brackets and wires. There are a number of other clear aligners out there, however none have the product experience, efficacy and customization of Invisalign.
We use only the genuine Invisalign system treatment. The Invisalign brand on the aligners that we provide will insure you are receiving the right treatment.

Maintain comfort and tooth structure
Your custom-made smile program
As you progress through the series of aligners, your teeth will begin moving, little by little. And you don’t have to wait until you complete treatment to see your smile change—you may start seeing positive changes early in the process. You will have occasional checkups with the doctor—often as little as once every six weeks—in order to gauge your progress. And at the end of your treatment, you’ll be showing off a smile you never knew you’d have before you had Invisalign.
Before you schedule your consultation with our Invisalign providers, it’s a good idea to take the self-assessment to figure out if the Invisalign system is for you. Then take the results with you to your initial consultation.
Q&A- Invisalign
Your lifestyle. Your schedule.
So how long will it take to finish your treatment? For most of our patients, treatment time is just under one year. Of course, your total treatment time depends on your particular situation, so it’s important to speak with our doctors about how your situation and goals fit into an Invisalign treatment program.
You’re in control of your treatment’s success. You can take the aligners out to eat, drink, and brush your teeth. But the more you wear your aligners, the better. You’re on your way to the smile you’ve always dreamed of!
How much does Invisalign cost?
We know cost is a big question for anyone considering orthodontic work. Similar to other medical treatments, only your doctor can determine the cost based on your specific needs. Other factors could include what you want corrected or the difficulty of your case, how long you are in treatment, where you live, your orthodontic insurance coverage, and additional factors determined by the dentist. In most cases, Invisalign treatment is comparable to the cost of traditional braces.
What about insurance?
Many dental insurance plans will cover Invisalign just as they would cover other orthodontic treatments like braces. We will contact your insurance provider to determine the extent of coverage for your treatment.
What about payment plans?
Through our alliance with ChaseHealthAdvance and Care Credit, we offer affordable payment plans with no money down. ChaseHealthAdvance and Care Credit make it easier than ever to afford the orthodontic care families need to give everyone a special smile.
Take advantage of their plans with no down payment required and no interest financing. Learn more.
What about FSAs?
Many companies offer their employees Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). An FSA allows you to set aside a portion of your paychecks in order to pay for qualified medical expenses.
The money you elect to contribute is deducted from your pay and transferred directly into your FSA, and therefore, is not subject to payroll taxes. After incurring eligible medical costs, you can then submit your receipt for reimbursement from your FSA.
Since Invisalign can fall under orthodontic treatment, these costs can qualify for FSA reimbursement. If your company offers FSA and you know you’d like to treat yourself to Invisalign, plan ahead and consult your benefits department. When it comes time to enroll in your program, you can submit the appropriate amount for your Invisalign treatment and save money while doing it, since it’s a pre-tax contribution. It’s an easy and convenient way to get the smile you want.
